Week 9 was filled with our favorite cleats so far as well as a very questionable post game outfit from televisions most popular QB. From the tunnel to the field, Pregame Fits has you covered with our Winners and Losers from this past week in the NFL. Keep the comments coming on your favorite and least favorite looks.
Let's get to it!
Jermaine Carter Jr SR Lebron Red Carpet Customs
With the Nike Lebron 7 Red Carpet releasing again on October 29th, Jermaine Carter Jr picked the perfect time to bust these out on the field. SR customs really made these look identical to the actual Lebron shoe. Not to mention these go perfect with Carter Jr's Carolina Blue uniform. Great pick this week! The Panthers went on to defeat the Tennessee Titans 30-20.
Desmond King Arts Undefined Custom Nike Off-White
Another one of our favorites came from LA Chargers cornerback Desmond King. An off-white custom that caught our eye. Arts Undefined did a nice job on these, even including "game changer" in multiple spots across the cleat. King had a big day as the Chargers upset Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers 26-11.
Odell Beckham Jr Air Zoom Generation Customs
The Pregame king himself OBJ back at it with another ridiculous cleat. Lebron shoes must have been popular this week as Odell sported the Air Zoom Generation customs on Sunday. At least Odell has looked good on the field, because other than that him and the Cleveland Browns haven't done much. They lost again to the Denver Broncos 24-19.
Week 9 Winners
Kenny Vaccaro Jr.
Kenny Vaccaro Jr makes his debut on Pregame Fits this week. This outfit pretty much speaks for itself. Amiri tee, camo jacket & then one of our favorite shoes the Travis Scott Jordan 1. If one Goyard bag wasn't enough, Kenny decided he needed to double up. Pregame Winner, in game Loser, as the Titans fell to the Carolina Panthers.
Another Pregame Fits first goes to Melvin Gordon. Melvin, always one of the better dressed players finally makes his way in to the Winners section. YSL shirt and the Fear of God Jacket are just simple enough to go with the loud pants and white Fendi kicks. Melvin also had a big day on the field going for 2 touchdowns and 80 yards rushing as the Chargers got their victory.
Week 9 Losers
A lot of players sported Halloween costumes this week, but I can indeed confirm this isn't a costume from Broncos running back Phillip Lindsay. My man looks like he is going to a disco, a roller skating rink, or all of the above. We could not let this pass as Lindsay grabs his spot on Pregame Fits Loser section. Big day on the field with 92 yards, a touchdown and a victory. Terrible day off the field with this Pregame Fit.
From his days at Oklahoma to his famous commercials on television, we have seen a lot of Baker Mayfield over the past 3 years. We have never seen him like this though. After a loss on Sunday to the Broncos, Baker thought it would be a good idea to show up to his post game presser looking like he was asking for spare change. He looks completely defeated. This is the Home Alone Marv and Harry look and it's not a good one from Baker. Odell and Jarvis should have grabbed this man in the locker room before they let him go to the podium looking like that.
Week 9 Highlight
It's time to talk about the Quarterback for the Baltimore Ravens Lamar Jackson. You take down the Goat Tom Brady on Sunday night football, the Pregame Fits highlight section is yours. The Ravens and Lamar proved they are the real deal. From listening to Kodak in the locker room to his Pregame Fits, Lamar is slowly growing in to one of our favorite players. Lamar had 163 yards passing 61 yards rushing and 3 total touchdowns in their win over the Pats.
